Standard Health Care Roles

The following page provides reference values for the types of standard roles that have been defined in the health and community and social services sectors.

Appendix C of Ontario Healthcare Reporting Standards V7.0 provides a list of standard health care roles. These are listed here (OHRS Version 7.0 Page 35 of 81, Effective April 2009 – March 2010 Last Updated: January 4, 2010):

Many agencies use #71 = Professional not Uniquely identified in their reporting (e.g. as in MIS/OHRS) for roles such as case manager.
