CVD Risk Calculator 2015
Updated July 11th - 2 versions, one for OSCAR 12 and One for OSCAR 15 - 1357 is for OSCAR V15 (no alteration to \n)
1358 is for OSCAR V12 ( \\n). have added the missing faces.
I have tested 1358 and it seems to load appropriately
Not sure of the significance of the numbers in the zip created by OSCAR...I just manually changed 1357 to 1358 to make it unique name?
I spoke with James about the difference between V2 and V3
V2 is just using the Framingham data and uses the 4 subsets to analyse the data for the different groups (stroke/mi etc)
V3 uses three different calculators- ASCVD (American cohort-I can't find the cohort size), Framingham (Based on the town of Framinham- cohort something like 100 000) , QRisk was created as a new calculator for the UK to replace Framingham and has a cohort size of 1-3 million (depending if V1 or V2)
Jame's calculator defaults to Framingham, but I thought it made more sense to default to ASCVD
David . Updated July 10th - changes made to improve zip function. This is James McCormacks latest CVD risk calculator - with permission from James to use in OSCAR
I have tried Stan H’s idea of commenting out the \n in the html so you should not try to unzip and load separately as you will then break the html code
Just import as a Zip file and hope for the best!
Cam Ross suggested the patient output to incorporate both the relative and absolute risk, so we have used fractions and percentages so as not to confuse the patient.

- CVD Risk Calculator 2015 zip file for OSCAR 12
- with the //n for carriage returns.
- Images that may need to be uploaded separately to your image folder
- Depending on your version of the zip file, These images for the CVD Risk calculator may not have been included in the zip file - please upload these (basically various coloured happy/frowning faces) to your image folder if the appropriate "faces" do not appear in your form.
- CVD Risk Calculator 2015 zip file for OSCAR 15
- with the /n as opposed to the //n
- CVD V3 Risk Calculator: CVDV3RiskCalculatorV3_Jun29_2018.zip
- This version has been tweaked to work in Oscar15. If it does not properly zip into your system, try uploading just the HTML, but AFTER you have zipped. Zip required because a newer CVD4Engine_Jun2018.js replaces the older CVD4Engine.js file. Previous version would not reload with the correct first-line quote of the calculated risk. However, the remaining info was correct. For some reason, the \n\n command was printed and pasted literally, and did not create the desired and intended line feeds. It seems to work now. Plus - the references were deadlinked, but now corrected. JohnY
