Psychosis checklist
From: Chris Sedergreen - With psychiatrists in short supply as ever, GPs may find themselves
being asked to take over the supervision of more seriously mentally
disturbed patients. I've created a 'Psychosis Symptom and Side Effect
Checklist' which some may find useful. It is not intended as a
diagnostic instrument, although it may be helpful as a recording tool
during a structured psychiatric interview. Rather it is intended as an
aid to monitor progress after diagnosis.
