CMPA Governing Law Agreement
The CMPA advises members to have foreign patients (especially those from the USA) sign this Governing Law agreement prior to any consultations or treatment. The protects members against legal action being brought in foreign jurisdictions for which legal cover may not be available from the CMPA.
