Rheumatoid Assessment Tool: Created By David Page: Here is the Rheumatoid Assesment tool There are 3 zip files and then for the RA tool itself I provided the optional html and image files. 1) Rheumatoid Assessment Tool This was created in conjunction with PSP in preparation for the PSP MSK module which rolls out in 2014. Along the bottom of the eForm are instructions for use and for installation. If you are wanting to track the parameters (advised) then you need to read the instructions and create the measurements and mapping.
