Fax Code for Oscar 12.1 and above - Provided by Peter HC

Assuming that others might be interested this can easily be added to existing eforms being written without much effort to allow them to work for earlier Oscars and Oscar_12_1 with eForm faxing configured. Note that adding these phrases will neither show, print nor fax in earlier Oscars but will appear when desired when you upgrade. so for top of each eForm just after the tag add the following reference ============== for the bottom in the buttons section add the following on the line after the that locates where the subject line and buttons go =========

To reduce effort in reworking eForms that you are making now for 12
that will be obsolete in 12.1 you might want to write new code that
should work in both.

To review, there are three new real changes to eForm functionality in 12.1.
1> Printing to pdf
2> Signatures (yet another method of signing forms)
3> Faxing directly from Oscar
The first two are nice but I don't feel like activating them really as
enabling them replaces existing functionality. However faxing
directly from Oscar regardless of if you are on an Android tablet, at
home, the hospital, or visiting family overseas is incentive that has
me rewriting portions of my existing eForm library.

so for top of each eForm just after the <head> tag add the following reference
==============
<script type="text/javascript"
src="${oscar_javascript_path}eforms/faxControl.js"></script>

for the bottom in the buttons section add the following on the line
after the <div class="DoNotPrint" ....>
that locates where the subject line and buttons go
=========
<div id="faxControl">&nbsp;</div>
